The signature Blue Dolphin experience, this combination tour allows time for a little of everything. You will be able to enjoy the exhilarating performance of a catamaran while appreciating the comfort and safety provided by our professional crew. This spectacular journey along the Costa Rican coast is one you will be sure to remember.
Lounge in the sun and swim the the warm tropical water while spotting dolphin, rays and reef fish. We always begin our cruise in local coastal waters as we make our way to one of our snorkeling spots for a close-up look at local sea life. There is plenty of room on our spacious boat for relaxing and sunbathing and lots of time for snorkeling, swimming or using one do our onboard single or double Ocean Kayaks.
This trip includes the gear to us, instruction and a guided underwater tour from our knowledgeable and friendly crew. Depending on the time of year and location it is possible to spot schools of tropical fish, tays, eels, puffer fish and other exotic sea life. After snorkeling, we serve a delicious buffet lunch and continue the full bar service. As we return to Tamarindo, you will be able to witness one of Costa Rica's stunning sunsets. This is the best way to end a day in Paradise. As you head back to shore, you will get your free Blue Dolphin t-shirt, a wearable memory of a great day spent on the ocean.
Private Charters
If you are part of a larger group or just want a little privacy, Blue Dolphin is available for private charters in the morning or afternoon. Prices depend on the time of day and season. Private charters are great for wedding parties, family reunions, birthdays or any kind special occasion. We can arrange anything from a 3 hour romantic sunset tour to an all day private beach party adventure for 2-35 passengers. We are happy to customize an itinerary to suit your needs. Captain Jeff Herrman is also available for wedding on board and has performed many services for locals and visitors alike since arriving in Costa Rica 5 years ago. Private charters are great for large families, corporate and special events.
